The 28,000 square-foot facility features a spacious showroom showcasing floor-to-ceiling glass walls, GM specific Aluminum panels, modern office spaces and numerous service bays.
The structure combines a metal building system, small areas of structural steel and ground-faced masonry. All meeting strict GM prototype standards. All of the service lanes were equipped with in-slab heat utilizing a waste oil boiler during the winter months. Some service bays are even capable of servicing vehicles used in the extraction and transport of compressed natural gas (CNG).
