According to a new IA article, Adidas is a force to be reckoned with in the game of digital transformation as they make advances to double online sales, boost profit margins and work towards climate neutrality. Their method: a new strategy they’re calling “Own the Game” where “core processes across the entire value chain will be digitalized, from the creation process with 3D design capabilities, via the sourcing of its products to selling it to customers and consumers.”
