Saks will close its freestanding men’s store in Chicago in January and debut a new two-floor shopping format called “The Fifth Man” at its Michigan Avenue flagship. The department will boast an expanded shoe department and nine floor-to-ceiling display cases to show off styles including denim and designer sportswear.
