Crate and Barrel will open its first Nevada store at the Downtown Summerlin center near Las Vegas. The furniture and home goods retailer was expected to open a store at the center in 2007, but the recession delayed completion of the project until 2014. Other furniture retailers are expanding into the market, including IKEA, which will open a 341,000-square-foot store in May. Read the Las Vegas Review-Journal story here
