Carpigiani, global leading innovator of frozen dessert equipment, is proud to introduce its most versatile line of soft serve machines, the XVL G/P. This robust new series can produce both high and low volumes of frozen yogurt, ice cream, gelato and delicate sorbets with the latest cutting edge, easy-to-use technology.
The floor XVL G/P model is the quintessential renaissance machine featuring a two-flavor and twist/three nozzle stainless steel exterior. Carpigiani-patented cylinder design guarantees continuous product flow during peak service hours and can also be shut down to a single machine during low season. With individual cylinder consistency monitoring, the XVL/P can produce both milk-based and fruit-based products simultaneously.
The XVL/P also offers up to 80% overrun with a gear-driven pump that introduces air into the mix, which feeds the production cylinders. The XVL/G series adjustment provides between 30% and 40% overrun to the mix through gravity-fed cylinders, producing gelato with a creamier, firm and silky-smooth finish.
These models can easily accommodate large cups, cake molds and gelato sandwiches with a large production/dispensing space. Two optional precision nozzles are available for producing appetizing ice cream treats, pastries, cannoli and cookies.
All XVL models are compatible with the optional automatic SP heat-treat system, which keeps the mix safe and the machine clean by heating the mix and all parts that come into contact with the gelato. With the heat-treat system, a machine can go up to 14 days between scheduled disassembly and cleaning, saving time, energy and labor. Users can monitor all XVL models from virtually anywhere via smartphone, tablet or computer with Carpigiani’s Teorama remote maintenance system that is already preprogrammed into each machine.
The floor model line packs a staggering punch within a small footprint and is available in three models with optional heat treat technology, gelato pastry nozzles, hopper mixers and dry filling.
