In her new role, Shamsell will take overall responsibility for Armand’s professional development program to enhance project controls and team performance.

Abdill manages a diverse array of work for agencies like NYC Department of Design and Construction, the New York City Public Libraries, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation and thrives amid complex, multipronged rehabilitation programs. A champion of MWBE interests, Abdill actively mentors small business subcontractors and advocates for MWBE contract inclusion.
